Fantastic experience from start to finish with Rik and his team. I came to the clinic following a very old upper left crown hanging on for dear life. On discussing treatments I opted for a dental implant to fully replace the decaying tooth. The procedure was painless and super quick, and the finished result you would never tell is a fake tooth. I am so pleased with my implant, and the treatment I have received. What a great practice THANK YOU

**PERFECT** I’m Amy, I came to Parrock Dental after finding them through Google and reading reviews and searching social media testimonials. I have always been very nervous and reserved about who to go to and who to trust with regards to getting my teeth done. I had complex needs and situations and needed a dental practice I could trust, I am a type 1 diabetic, I have advanced gum disease and there were gaps and spaces and wobbly teeth. I have never been shy but it was always there at the back of my mind, I covered my mouth when I laughed, I knew people would look at my teeth, they are the first things you see. With all that in mind my first appointment and consultation came around, I met with Rik and his team, immediately I felt at ease, I trusted them, they made me feel very comfortable, the beautiful surgery, clean, welcoming, does not feel clinical at all, the team, well I could go on and on, down to earth, welcoming and comforting, attentive and open and honest, I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or that there was no fixing my teeth or to be nervous about my situation, the consultation was transparent, explained perfectly, taken at my pace, not rushed or forced, they were there for me and were very kind, from the very start it was what I wanted and how they could do that for me. The procedures themselves were seamless, no pain no problems, being diabetic I am exposed to having a higher infection rate, nothing, no problems, the aftercare was explained thoroughly and all procedures were great. I was so over the moon with my temporary implants I couldn’t imagine or fathom how much better could my final implants actually be, that when I was fitted with my final implants, (I have four front teeth through implants), it changed my life in ways I couldn’t have even imagined, the confidence of just knowing I can speak with confidence, smile with genuine happiness and not have to worry about what my smile looks like or how people were going to perceive me has absolutely changed my life, how natural my teeth look, how happy the staff are to see how happy they have made you also makes it so much more special, it is personal, they know my journey, they know my life, they have made it such a seamless, amazing, personal experience that I could not recommend them enough. I have one regret and that is that I did not do it sooner, thank you so much to Rik and his team for fulfilling all my hopes for how this process would go and how my teeth would look at the end. Fantastic service and I am very pleased with my new teeth. After a poor experience at a different dental practice, I was left feeling extremely anxious about having any further treatment done. Switching to Parrock Street was the best decision I could have made. From the very first visit, the Rik and the entire team were welcoming, reassuring and professional, which completely put me at ease. The treatment itself was quick, smooth and completely pain-free. Rated 5 out of 5 stars My journey begins in June 24 My journey begins in June 24, umm’d and arr’d about having implants, had a consultation with Rik and decided to go ahead, my teeth were in a poor state and falling out due to medication and illness, being a coffee drinker and smoker made my teeth stained, I was embarrassed to smile, but now Wow I’m so happy with the results I now have natural looking teeth, the procedure was realistically pain free, simple for me I just laid back and watched a film whilst Rik done the completed part, people are always commenting on my smile and teeth now, I am so pleased with the results and it’s worth their weight in gold

I had an amazing experience at Parrock Dental! I came here for implant for my upper three, because I still had my milk tooth there in my middle thirties. Our journey wasn’t quick and easy but it was worth it. Not many dentists would take up the challenge. My tooth was sitting somewhere in the gum with very difficult angle to remove but Rik promised that I will have my dream smile. I had my initial appointment with Jacqueline who explained what do we need to do so I can be comfortable with the time frame and all costs. My hygienists appointments made a huge difference to my gum, I would recommend to see a professionals in Parrock Dental to everyone who like me struggles with gum disease. I was wearing Invisalign for 6 months. That was necessary to make a proper space for my implant. I am so pleased with my results. My teeth are straight, white and I feel amazing. I regained my self confidence. Every step from the initial appointments, hygiene appointments and surgery appointments were handled with care and professionalism. Coming to this place and seeing receptionist’s friendly face like Indira is making you feel comfortable and welcoming. That was my best decision, one regret is that I should come here earlier! My story started many years ago after losing teeth to trauma incidents, it progressed with neglect, non-regular dentist visits & smoking. When teeth begin to go they go ! One by one (if not addressed) the next inline falls. Life circumstance always got in the way to do something about it (I kept telling myself). In reality I just kept putting it off. Pain, infection & discomfort followed & plagued me for years. Eventually I pulled the last few myself, ouch ! It’s very embarrassing being middle aged with no teeth, I felt very old when I stared back at myself in the mirror. A high-profile job & the butt of jokes (albeit well-meaning jokes) I suppose is what eventually drove me to do something about it. I could not perform at my best whilst speaking to a room, this effected business with continued self-consciousness in my appearance. A year of research led me to Parrock Dental & Rick to undertake my full mouth restoration. You see if you research not all implant surgeons are equal. Many dental practices offer it; however, not all are fully qualified to do so, Rick is ! I wont lie it was costly however a valued investment in myself. Compared to other practices Parrock are very, very reasonable in their costs for what you get. but it all about the outcome right ? I cannot compliment Rick and the whole Parrock team enough, they have been absolutely fantastic, from receptionists to the nurse technicians. For me it has been a privilege to have found Parrock Dental, they have given me back a perfect smile and most important my confidence again. One thing to add (as I know many reading & researching will want to know) before you pull the trigger on your full restoration journey, was it painful ? Well, the honest answer is not as half as what is imagined. I learned many years ago fear on the most part is imagined pain & not reality. I wont lie, it is an uncomfortable procedure to undertake but is very well managed by Parrock team & NOT agonising pain. A day of uncomfortableness is well worth a life changing outcome is it not ! My life has totally changed since I had my implant at Parrock Dental. Rick and his team have been amazing. From the initial assessment to the actual procedure the process was flawless. Before my implant I was not comfortable with my smile so I was afraid to take photos. Since my implant I now have the biggest smile in my photos. Well what a wonderful service I have received from this Dental Practice. Rik was so empathetic and caring from the first day I met him. My complex bone grafts and implants were perhaps very challenging. But i5 did not phase Rik, as he is a perfectionist in his own right. Absolutely fantastic team from receptionists to nurses and the after care was wonderful too. I had full top and bottom full mouth dental implants here I'm so pleased with the results. Having been a patient here for over 20 years I highly recommend rik and his team for the excellent service I have had over the years.

I had full mouth implants with rik because i could not eat properly i had loose teeth which i was covering my smile. I can now eat and smile which gives more confidence its been long journey but worth it

My molars have been difficult for years, until I found Parrock Dental. I've been treated with respect and kindness and given the best treatment that I could've wanted. So far, I've had a couple of teeth rebuilt, rather than patched up, and I've had one implant. Dr Rik is so reassuring and professional and the whole team looks after you so well. I am very happy with my implant, it is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean, the colour blends into my mouth perfectly. I also discovered how useful dental hygiene treatment and advice is. I had no idea how to get rid of my swollen gums nor that you should have actual gaps between your teeth at gum level. I have always been to the dentist twice a year, however no one has talked about brushing at an angle between the gum and the tooth! Thank you Parrock Dental, I wish that I'd come to you years ago.

I had full mouth implants here with Dr Rik Trivedi i smile more now and i am alot more confident. I wish i met him sooner he is very calm and helpful if you are a nervous. I've just completed my full mouth dental implant treatment with Rik. As somebody who suffered severe nervousness and anxiety about going to the dentist I couldn't have asked for better treatment. From the moment I walked into the surgery I felt relaxed and discussing my treatment plan with Rik and his team was completely stress free. Rik has a very relaxed manner and explained everything clearly even on the day of my surgery. My mouth was full of broken teeth with several missing altogether, I suffered pain when chewing and was very conscious of how my smile looked. That has all changed now and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rik and the team. After having two bridges fitted in my childhood these both failed at the same time requiring 4 implants (I also required two half crowns). I was new to the practice but found the staff welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. The treatment and end result has been exceptional - very pleased.

Superb dental surgery. I have just completed my implant journey with Dr Rik. The whole team at Parrock Street are expectional. I did have a phobia off dentists but since i walked into Parrock Street Dental over 15 years ago that phobia dissappeared and i enjoy now visiting the practice. I can not thank Dr Rik and his team enough, On the day off surgery i was very anxious but the team reassured me and Dr Rik approach made me feel at ease (I was panicing over nothing) Having implants was the best decision I have made. I made an appointment at parrock dental, being a very nervous patient the staff welcomed me and put me at ease. Tafeen was brilliant, I had 2 filings and had teeth whitening. Tafeen talked me through what he would do which gave me confidence. I am extremely pleased with my teeth after my whitening process and I would like to thank all staff and especially Tafeen for being amazing. I am no longer afraid of the dentist, which I am very grateful for.

I’m in my sixties. I had broken and missing teeth which made eating difficult. I came into the surgery, where I was given advice and treatment. It was amazing, I was told exactly what would happen and when. The Rick and the staff are amazing. I now have a full set of teeth and for the first time in years I can eat comfortably

My experience has been really good here at Parrock dental. I had dentures for years that kept cracking and breaking. I decided to go for the all on four full set of teeth as I wanted to be able to eat apples as they are my favourite! No more fixodent for me! How Rik and his Parrock Dental Team transformed my smile and my life. For many years, I suffered from ill-fitting partial dentures which created a major problem with how I looked and felt about myself. Basically, I had low esteem and on top of this not eating and chewing properly affected my health and nutrition. When researching about dental implants I looked at the reviews of several dental practices in the knowledge that I was looking for excellent reviews and a local location and came across Parrock Dental's web site. I was impressed by their credentials, testimonials, and before-and-after photos. I decided to give them a call and book a consultation. Arriving at the practice I still had trepidations about what I was embarking on. First impressions of the practice were good and helped in that it was friendly and efficient. Then a meeting with a 'Practice Concierge' where I agreed to go forward with a Dentist's consultation. Following various x-ray's and scans I then met Rik the Dentist who really put me at ease and provided a perfect treatment insight. This was all due to Rik's very professional and friendly demeanour and all the way through he checked on my understanding of what was being proposed and this provided reassurance. The big day arrived and as I required a full arch on upper and lower jaws, I knew that it would be a lengthy procedure and this I was afraid of and doubts about. However, these were outweighed by the long-term benefits which became my touchstone when receiving treatment. Using local analgesia and distraction therapy along with continuing reassuring status checks I was able easily get through the session. My reward being to view my new temporary teeth at the end of it all. Following the treatment day, I have had check-ups and preparations for my final sets of implanted teeth. I now have my own unique smile and to maintain this I regularly have Dental checks with Rik as well as scheduled Hygienist visits. Well done to one and all. My take aways Excellent dental unit with efficient staff Dentist Rik and his team were on top of their game demonstrating tremendous skill, professionalism, and reassurance. Transformative experience and outcome - low esteem replaced by outgoing confidence and natural eating habits regained.

I found the Parrock Dental centre via a Google search from my wife. I had an issue from a previous dental surgery which caused my crown at the front of my teeth to repeatedly fall out. This caused me huge anxiety, fortunately for me my wife found Dr Rik and Parrock Dental Surgery, I contacted them to have an initial consultation and see how best to rectify the problem. From my first consultation with Dr Rik he took me through the process of understanding the underlying issue and what my options were. He and the team are extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at easy. What stood out for me was unlike other clinics it was not about selling me a treatment or consultation, it was about empowering me with the knowledge and understanding of the issue and how they would solve my problem. Dr Rik suggested I have a think before I proceed a lot of other clinics always kept the financial aspects as the topic of conversations. Dr Rik and the team since starting my Invisalign and implant treatment have gone above and beyond for me always accommodated my needs and always at hand to answer questions and putting my mind at easy.
