Went today and saw a lovely man . Think he was a newzealender. I wqs in so much pain with my denture and he was brilliant. I could nt eat my gums were ao sore and he adjusted them for me and they are amazing . I can now eat pain free. Thank you so much. Linda Rice.

I had a great check up with Dr Laven and I had a hygiene appointment with the lovely hygienist Bessie today left my mouth nice and fresh and the funny receptionist Reena was great, I definitely recommend this dental practice thank you!

I’m not very good with dentists but here I was made to feel welcome, I shared my anxieties with them and they understood, my dentist Dr Laven, gave me a perfect denture and together we came up with a plan of action to help me rescue what’s left of my teeth , it has given me hope knowing that my dentist and reception staff do listen to me, I honestly can’t thank them enough, such a lovely and professional service that they provide 😎😃👍❤️

Reena is lovely and understanding she’s helped me when i’ve missed my appointments and is always humorous and interactive the reception is really nice and dentist made me feel comfortable and lovelyy really recommend

Perry Street are brilliant! Everyone is so friendly. Tracey and Reena always make me feel welcome. Dr Yewande is fantastic, she always explains everything and will look at all options to resolve tooth problems.

Had an appointment today at the Perry Street branch to have a filling sorted. I am a nervous person, but as soon as I come in Reena and Tracey on Reception are so friendly and approachable that I start to calm. I had an appointment with Laven who has a very calming presence, is understanding and patient when I asked questions. Very good experience

I’m a very nervous patient and I was seen by Dr Aurelia who literally made everything so calm and easy for me. I had to have a root canal and she explained step by step what was going to happen , she was very gentle and went out of her way to make sure I was ok every step of the way. The ladies in reception were also very supportive and I highly recommend this dentist practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I visited Parrock Dental rently and I have been told that my teeth need serious attention. The dentist took an Xray and went through every single problem with me providing details and options along with a full plan. Unfortunately, this came to a big cost after all. Indira who I met in the reception went beyond and above her role, looked deeply at my plan provided by the dentist and advised the best (and cheapest!) option for me. She has discussed and explained me every possibility available, counted monthly costs multiple times accordingly to each option. Indira has shown hudge patience and empathy. Her customer service (and everyone elses') was 100% amazing and would recommend the place to anyone! I haven't started my series of appointments yet but will update my review accordingly after all.

When you walk into parrock Street or their perry Street surgey. Your made to feel at home and I "HAD" a fear of dentists but I was put at ease and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I am going through the implant journey and it was the best decision I made. Can not praise them enough. I now enjoy visiting the dentist. Thank you Rik and your wonderful team. These are only my 2nd temps and never smiled so much.

I’ve been coming to Perry street branch for many years now and I’ve always had excellent customer service. The dentist, Edward was great and the hygienist Bessie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The reception girls, Reena & Tracey, are fantastic and excel in calming patients while waiting to go in and always have a smile on their faces.
